Minecart does not work when going over powered rail in realms

when a minecart is powered by an activator rail the user who is in the cart is instantly kicked out for no reason and the cart does a small wobble for some reason as if it was trying to destroy itself. I've tried this in normal Minecraft 1.17.1 and it seems to work just fine but in realms, it just does not seem to work for some odd reason. I tried several ways to fix this but it just doesn't seem to work in realms but in other places it works just fine.
