When I try to create a Realm. A pop-up window says (in the file). To every single name, I type in. And same for my friends. I have tried with 100 different names I have reboot Minecraft/computer. Tried on mobile. Everything.

This may be related to your Xbox Live permissions not allowing you to create or join clubs.
You may need a parent/guardian account to adjust the permissions at https://account.xbox.com
There the relevant permission settings can be adjusted:
[media]If that doesn't work you might like to note that renaming your Realm Club (via the xbox app) may help matters.
