There is plenty of room on my PS4 but it just gets stuck before completing the download. I have tried everything to make it work but it always gets stuck and just freezes at about 3/4 complete.

How long did you wait? Sometimes the download may pause for quite a long time before continuing (or reporting an error). If you do eventually get an error what is the exact error message?

I Have let it sit for up a 1/2 hour. No change. Thank you for please looking into this- I am not canceling my realm or anything, but after a year of building with two others I feel much better with hard backups. It seems to have become a problem after the realm menu changed. Also, since that update, the text of my backups is all scrambled. I will try to include a screen shot. Please help with this, it is so frustrating and causing anxiety for all three of us.
