Yesterday, I have some issues with my realm. So, if I replace my current realm world with a new one, the system would say that the world has been replaced successfully, but when I try to join the realm, it won't work. Then, if I want to switch to another slot, to activate another one. It keeps giving me failed to retrieve realm information. I just can't put my desired world into the realm.

What do you mean by "it won't work"? What exact message(s) do you see when you try to connect after replacing the realm world?
Are you replacing with a newly-created world or with an existing world? Are there any mods included with the world, and if so, exactly which ones (name and creator)? If an existing world, how large is the world?
It is also recommended that you "close" the realm while performing any maintenance operation and then reopen the realm when done. That ensures that all connections to the server are closed.

When I actually join the realm, the world that I am in is not the world that I replaced with.
I am replacing it with an existing world which is around 145 MB. No mods included at all.
After I closed the realm, I still keep getting failed to retrieve realm information if I want to switch to another slot.
