When attempting to upload a 220 mb world to a realm it exports fine, but it stays on the initialize upload screen and won't complete so I can't use it on realms

I rarely get any error messages but when I do it’s the failed to find a place to upload your world and I usually wait around an hour with the longest I’ve waited being 2 hours
