Realms freezing issue.

The version provided above does not seem right but it's forced choice. I am playing on PS4 with update 2.30 if it makes any difference.
I am a realm owner. When realms loads, game play last for about 20 seconds before all mobs/NPC's freeze and cease to interact. All interactive features such as door opening stop as well. I can still move about but can't interact or access inventory etc. This has occurred following the 2.29 update. I have played around with various setting to stop lag / checked router connection (fine). Nothing I change makes any difference. Playing in other worlds with no problem. Eventually, the server disconnects. It will often fail to loaf the realm.

I have turned off, rebooted, signed out and in, reinstalled and updated (now to 2.3), checked my router, changed connection to WiFi then back to wired, changed the gameplay settings and nothing I have done has corrected the issue. I've also installed new resource packs, reverted to s much earlier save The issue is specific to realms so must be a bug.
