[REALMS-9209] In realms it does not allow us to see each other messages

I’m the owner of a Minecraft realm and I get multiple complaints that chat is not working properly. It stays quite for like 5 min or longer, then all the message come out of nowhere. I thought it was a resource pack that I use for one sleep but I removed that and the problem is still there. I don’t know what to do
