[REALMS-9379] Cant get into Realms

Greetings.

Realm had been lagging for a few days.

For the past 5 days, nobody has been able to even get into the world, as it disconnects users after about 2-3 minutes of loading time.

Would like a reimbursement or quick fix to solve the issue.
