After I uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft for Windows 10 to get out of the beta version it duplicate my realms subscriptions. One was expired and one is active. The duplicated ones are both currently active and reset worlds.

Yes I still see them and I had to go in and cancel the realms I am not using because I got charged for them.
This happened to us also. We had three realms when we were only using one and we are not sure how long we were paying for the other two. The card we were using to autopay expired so of course the realm we were on finally expired along with the extra ones. We cancelled and deleted all three realms, then started a new one. When you edit your realm it pops up a message like in this screenshot and if you click no it sometimes makes a realm anyway.

Is this still an issue with the latest update (1.18)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).

Previously "owned" realms will remain in the list until you delete them?
Does the realm get removed from the list when you delete it (from the Manage Realm screen)?
