My friend's realm was completely normal and fine. He pays for the realm every month, but something happened to the realm which makes it unplayable. I can join the realm after waiting a much longer time than usual. After I get into the realm everything is normal but only for a few seconds. After 10-15 seconds nothing works properly. I can't open inventory, break blocks, place blocks, open chests, kill mobs, take damage ( I'm in survival ), swim, eat, craft or anything. I can't do anything. We have tried everything like closing and re opening the realm, getting and old save and trying to replace it, delete minecraft and redownload, emptying the storage. We have tried everything we know and I need help of the staff working at Mojang to fix this issue. I haven't heard others facing this problem yet. Please give us a way to fix this issue. Your work will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
