Every time I try to edit a book & quill in my 1.17.41 realms world, I can type a full page and view it after im done typing. However, when I exit (before signing) and go back to edit again, the first page is always blank again, and often all of the following pages are too. In one of my book & quills, only the first page disappears and becomes blank though, and the second page remains exactly as I typed it even though both pages contain very similar text.
steps to reproduce:
1. Open a realms world in survival mode
2. Acquire a book & quill
3. Edit the book & quill, typing on the first and second pages in the format:
xxx xx xxx:
xxx
xxxx
xx
(I used “- xxx” for the bullet points in the book, but every time I type like that on here it automatically creates actual bullet points that I can’t prevent)
4. exit the book & quill editing screen without signing
5. reopen the book & quill

Having this issue in 1.18
We have the same bug on our realm as reported above, but it seems to be on all pages not just the first, and it also makes no difference signing it; after closing the text is still gone when reopened. It seems to be for all players. We tried placing on a lectern, and passing books between players. Same result.
When we download the same world and play on it locally, either single player or with friends joining the books behave completely fine
