[REALMS-96] A confirmed way to REPLICATE STUFF infinitely in the Realm.

Device Make/Model: iPhone 6 plus, iPad, several Windows 10 laptop
PE Version: 0.15 (iOS) and 0.15.1 (Win 10)

Description of the Issue: When playing in my realm over the weekend, I noticed that everyone could replicate stuff infinitely. If you place a block on the top of a fence - the original block remains in the inventory!

Note we could only reproduce the bug in the Realm we play. Not sure whether other players/realms are affected.
