[REALMS-9723] Realm will lag then DC everyone before backing up

While playing for more than 30 minutes my realm on bedrock will have a very bad lag spike then everyone will get disconnected. then we are not able to load back in for at least an hour if longer. we are do load in the realm is backed up.
