I am the owner of the realm I am attempting to connect to. Whenever anyone else logs on, I usually get disconnected shortly afterwards. Whenever I try to rejoin, it will only go through 1 or 2 phases of the loading screen before saying “unable to connect to server”. I have noticed that I have only been able to connect when no one else was online. I am the only person experiencing this issue. I am able to join other realms just fine.

When you are getting disconnected are other players also affected?
Usually a disconnection means that the realm has crashed, and this will both cause other players to disconnect at that time, and may prevent rejoining for several minutes while the realm server recovers.
Is this still an issue after updating to 1.18.1 Hotfix? (I wonder if the bug tracked at MCPE-147391 was causing the problem.)
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
