My realm didn't auto renew and when I try to renew it I get the following message Incomplete realm "You are attempting to renew a realm but a prior purchase was found for a different realm. Would you like to apply that purchase now?". If I select Yes it says Incomplete realm "It looks like we didn't finish things last time. Let's complete renewing your realm now". When I click Ok I get creating realm and then after about 5-10 seconds it says, Something went wrong "Your purchase succeeded, but we couldn't create your Realm right now. We will create your Realm as soon as possible. Check back later on this device.". I would also like to note that I can't find any good place for support. So while I'm sure the system isn't acting correctly I'm also annoyed that I have to submit a bug report to get this resolved. In my opinion this is a bad customer experience.

I should probably also tell you that I have 3 realms and was billed for 4 realms in mid December so not only is this a bad customer experience that I am paying for, but I am also over paying for this bad experience.
