Unable to name any item on Anvil. When attempting to do so, the results are either the item is stuck in Anvil after naming, or the item doesn't get named at all.
Also with signs, any attempt to write on signs immediately results in text not showing when finished.
Side Note- Sometimes when an item is named on an Anvil, the resulting item gets put back in inventory, but when an item is dropped by the player after naming, the new text appears.
