[REALMS-9969] Writing with a book and quill sometimes removes text as you're editing a book

When I use a book and quill to write down important notes, like landmark coordinates, or just notes in general, every now and then, the book will clear itself of text.

Can confirm this bug, on top of randomly deleting it also forgets any spaces in the text.
