Can't see chat, words on signs and can't rename items on anvils

This is an issue that happens in most of the realms that are on bedrock edition. Is that when we type something in the chat is we can see ours but when the other members say something in chat it doesn't show on our screens the only way we can communicate to each other is using the /msg command. And when we try it talk using signs after we type the words it will disappear this also happens on a book and quill. Now on the anvil after I rename an item it will go back to my inventory without the name I gave it.
