The message in English in the ticket is what it says on the English version of the EULA; the entire issue here is that the message in Dutch is backwards from the one in English.

Dutch translated:
you are not allowed to add ads.
i ran this through google translate it is fine. it translates to:
"If you upload videos from the game to a website for sharing and streaming videos, you are not allowed to add ads". i don't know what you translated that with but it is wrong!
