[WEB-1292] Minecraft Earth Signup Form - Doesn't allow non-numeric postal codes.

The signup page for the minecraft earth beta doesn't allow for non-numeric postal codes. UK postal codes use both letters and numbers. This is preventing me from signing up for the beta.

Worked for me! I live in Canada and we also have letters in our postal codes.

It's broken! Does not matter if you type letters or not letters. I cannot sign up with my czech postal code 61200
