Not a bug as far as I've heard, this was implemented to limit the number of enchantments on items. This is on every version.

Saving a large world on a fairly low powered console (Nintendo Switch) can cause lag as it is using lots of memory (RAM).

Called a chunk error, been around for years on all versions.

Same for Xbox One on latest release and Beta
