When I try to get a new minecraft account for my friend, it wouldnt let me because i run into the error code of IllegalArgumentException: Registration failed. Would anyone here know how to fix it? Thanks.

Confirmed, I can't seem to register an new account at this time. I'm using my own email service and before I was able to get one last year

I have my own domain and using this domain I'm able to create an account for Jira (this ticket system) but not for the Minecraft website.
When trying to buy the Java edition of Minecraft via https://my.minecraft.net/nl-nl/store/minecraft/#register, I constantly get the error " IllegalArgumentException: Registration failed."
This means I'm not able to buy the game. Opening a ticket at Minecraft wil not work either because I don't have an account.
Can you tell me how can I buy the game?
FYI: I'm also not using any kind of VPN and I can share my domain name in a personal message.

I''ll make a simple test - i just create a new account at GMail service and used that newly created email address to create Mojang account with success. Then, I'll to create Mojang account with email address with one of my own domain with reported bug - "IllegalArgumentException: Registration failed"...
May we known, why registration in Mojang/Minecraft is filtered by mail / host provider ?!?
