I have the same problem

We are having the same issue. Re-downloaded the app about 4 times and still can’t get past the sign in screen.

Please see above. Your bug report has been marked as invalid due to being in the wrong project.

@ Greymagic: I didn't appreciate your approach to the reported incident. I have the same issue on all my iOS & iPadOS devices. The problem occurs when I launch the app. If the problem is related to Microsoft's Xbox accounts, should I have an issue when the Minecraft's app is on its initial loading page (splash screen)?
To elaborate more on my displeasure with your approach. To write off the user's issue as INVALID is poor customer support. If the problem is solely with Microsoft (which has yet to be proven), I would recommend using more appropriate verbiage.

Your issue was marked as invalid due to it being in the wrong project. Next time, make sure you report the issue in the correct project.

The issue you're refering to has already been reported here: MCPE-61689

@ Greymagic27: See previous statement. Pay attention to your audience, I'm not the person who created the issue. The use of the word INVALID is incorrectly used. Thank you for referencing the Master Ticket, hopefully the support team will resolve the issue sooner rather than later. I'm disappointed a patch/fix hasn't been provided and the communication piece to a massive player-base. Take care!

My mistake, as you were the one contesting the resolution of 'invalid' I assumed you made the ticket 😛

In this case invalid was used correctly as the ticket was made under the 'web' project rather than the 'mcpe' project.

I hope that clears it up somewhat!
