The web link did not load and I was unable to view the "Guide: Writing Helpful Bug Reports for Minecraft".

The redirect does not work under some conditions, possibly because the original link is to "http" instead of "https" and so the browser times out. This could be due to system security settings outside the user's control or knowledge.
Ideally the original linking pages at bugs.mojang.com should be updated to point to the new document, but at a minimum they should all be changed to "https". Tested with:
Chrome Version 80.0.3987.106 (Official Build) (64-bit) tried both normal in "incognito"
Microsoft Edge 44.17763.831.0
