i buy minecraft with my friend, create world for multiplayer gaming, he connect to my world, all was norm. 2nd connection he cant connect, write 'cannot connect to this world'. we play without realm and i was online in this world. for what i pay 30$ if simple mechanics doesnt work without donate 4$ every month to realm?

The win 10 Edition is covered within the Minecraft: Bedrock Edition project.
In case you are using a dedicated server, that would be the Bedrock Dedicated Server project.
In your case, the best thing would probably to contact the Community Support, or if you figure out with them that it is a bug, create a new ticket in the correct project,
