if you choice Language zh-cn,the desc in pie chart report in Chinese will show as small block

I can confirm this issue is happening for Chinese.
However, Mojira is built on a platform called Jira and these fixes cannot be resolved by us but by the software developers. I'll close this bug as there is nothing that Mojang can do to fix it, but if you'd like to have it fixed I suggest you report it directly to Atlassian and the Jira team here or by upvoting the bug report linked by Marcono1234.
This is very likely an issue with Jira and not caused by the configuration Mojang is using. However, I am not completely sure because I only found JRASERVER-31718 which is about the pie chart tooltip.
