[WEB-3074] Unknown link on MCE info page

The text "Download for:" (top right of the page) seems to be a link (although I'm unsure what it would link to), but doesn't actually link to anywhere.

It's linking correctly to the android and apple store for me. Is this still an issue for you?

I'm not talking about the iOS and Android buttons, but the "Download for:" text itself. Hovering over it, you'll see it highlights as a link, and it's marked as a link in the HTML of the page.
