[WEB-3203] MCCE is still listed on the Report a Minecraft Bug page

The bug

On the page https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/bugs, a link is still included for MCCE. This project is no longer supported on the bug tracker, and may deceive players who found a bug but can't figure out how to report the issue.

They're slightly different, but definitely related. WEB-3202 is the fact that MCCE is still shown in Mojira itself, while this report is the fact that MCCE is still linked under the Report a Bug webpage (linked in the description).

I think MCCE issues should still be accessible even if bug reporting is closed.
