Please contact support since I think this is a IP block of some kind. Do not share your IP here. There is no general problem with the login.

I am having this issue - I have contacted support, but was told to speak to you guys. It's not an external IP block as I have attempted to login with alternative connections. I think the account might be blocked. I raised a separate bug, but it was closed and I was pointed over here..
