[WEB-375] Can't Upload Skin

I've been trying for days to upload a skin, but now I realize that when they redesigned Minecraft.net I can't upload a skin anymore. When you go to your profile I only get the "Profile Management" Thing instead of the "Changing The Way You Look In-Game". If you know what I'm talking about and know what the problem is please give me an explanation, I'd upload a screenshot but I don't know how.

Menu (3 lines) => Profile => scroll to "Upload and change your skin"
It's not really an MC problem, use https://help.mojang.com in the future.

There was a problem with the skin uploading functionality on minecraft.net which affected IE10 and IE11. The issue was fixed on friday, june 3rd, so this should hopefully be resolved now.
