404 Error on every page

Hello, when i visit minecraft.net website (not login) i get redirected to 404 page (check video) or this page (check image)
I live in Czech Republic, I don't use any VPN, this isue was happening to me for longer than 3 months and i'm unable to download official launcher and have to rely on some sketchy launchers.
