Continuously Redirected to French-Canadian version of the site

Whenever I try to use the site, it forces me to the Canadian French version of the site. While I am fluent in French, I am very clearly FSL (English is my first language), and I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be fixed, as it is very annoying to have to go to the American version of the site to be able to do things in my native language, or if there was a way for me to set my language preference to English.
