I have contacted Customer Support 2 times. It has been since February 21 and I still have no response. Not sure if thats a bug of my report not going in or not. But another bug is that there is no literal way to get to your customer support ticket once you close the tab. You must manually enter the website there is no way to get to your tickets without doing that.

This is not a bug. Mojang is currently experiencing very heavy contact volume right now - they are working very hard behind the scenes to get to account support requests. In the meantime, please be patient while waiting for a response if you have already sent an account support request, and do not send more than one ticket.
