Yes, this is a ongoing issue for 1.16.200 if no one has answered you yet. I am answering the mods question by the way.

And I take that back. It appears only to work on certain subjects. For example, "sign in questions" doesn't work.

Never mind. It seems to work now. I think they fixed the bug. I get the email but the other stuff still doesn't work. (It didn't give me the old emails only a new email for a new thing I made.

Now there is no way to get on it while using Safari. The website for customer support is very broken.

I checked I got no email. This might be another bug. I know that it was read though. Because when I look it is marked as "solved". I just can't see it when I click on it. Neither did I get a email.

It is almost as if the page doesn't exist. It simply just redirects you.

I have now contacted Minecraft Support, Microsoft Support, and Playstation Support they all can't help. How ever Playstation and Microsoft say this is a Minecraft issue.
