Hi there! I'm just a volunteer (official help on it's way!), if your request is to delete your account on Mojira forums (where we are currently) then I can't aid you there and you'll have to wait for that to be achieved, but if you mean on Minecraft itself then please visit:

and flag your issue as account support > delete account.

Mojang tends to offer account deactivation first but if you're pursuing a full deletion (inc. all data) you'll need to specify & potentially reply to the auto response saying so too.
