Cannot contact TLauncher issue tracker, it is a won't fix anymore.
The bug
TLauncher with plain text says Please wait while you are redirected ... and tries to 6 times open a link as https://bireysel.turktelekom.com.tr/evde-internet/web/servisler/Sayfalar/bilgilendirme.aspx as hateful website. TLauncher affects version is 2.75. Relates to WEB-3290 as minecraft.net redirect virus which one is a first bug by own.

Hi, are you perhaps located in Turkey and use Turktelekom as your internet service provider? Your issue could be caused by your provider requiring you to visit a so-called "captive portal".
Nevertheless, TLauncher is not something that Mojang Studios is developing so we have no way to actually solve any issue with it. Please consider using the normal Minecraft Launcher found at minecraft.net/download.
Sadly, TLauncher (Minecraft Launcher) bug is not working.
