Missing comma in commercial use guidelines in Russian

In the section "СЕРВЕРЫ И ХОСТИНГ",

the following sentence lacks a comma:

"...торговой марки и активов и Правил присвоения наименований..."

It should instead be

"...торговой марки и активов, и Правил присвоения наименований..."

The rule of double и in the same sentence with the same meaning.

Edit: also another comma is missing in "Ни Mojang ни Microsoft", it should be "Ни Mojang, ни Microsoft".
