[WEB-4610] Unable to click links on Feedback website

1) Whenever I click a feedback website link, it tells me:

You're not authorized to access this page

2) Whenever I create a new post, people get the same issue when they click on my issue's link.

But they have no issues clicking others' links.

Hi, would you mind sharing what link you are attempting to access?
Are you logged in already? Does it work better if you open the link in an incognito window?
