When attempting to submit a support request it asks you to choose a category, in this case I wanted to choose 'Marketplace Support' and then I chose 'Cannot Find Purchase' and a 'spinner' appeared that blocks the page and I cannot submit the page - no other fields are enabled including the Submit button.
This makes the support page unusable. I have tried Safari on macOS and iOS and Chrome on macOS but they all have the same problems.

This issue should now be fixed (see https://twitter.com/MojangStatus/status/1408615024399167492)!
When sending a GET request to https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new it seems to be still returning error code 403 rather than the 200 it used to return before the issue started
This issue seems to be occurring for every category & subject in the support ticket form.
