login to the feedback site doesn't work

when i login with my microsoft account to the feedback site it login with a different name then usual and doesn't saved my old suggestions , when i search for these suggestions it's find them but doesn't show me who write them, it says: Registered User shared this idea, and not the name of the user (that is me)
