[WEB-5047] I was unable to accesses Xbox live and complete my account migration.

I was unable to accesses Xbox live and complete my account migration. when I got to that part the message "
Access to sisu.xboxlive.com was denied
You don't have authorization to view this page.
HTTP ERROR 403"
was displayed. I tried different browser but it didn't work there either

Hi Cole, we are aware of this issue can sometime arise on an Xbox page and we are looking into fixing it. You might be able to perform the migration on a different browser/computer or trying again later!

I had the same thing. The problem thing i had figured out was that if you make a new microsoft account through the migration link then it makes the new account and then 403s when it tries to migrate.

The fix: Make it so you can't make a new account on the migration link

The workarounds:

1, Make the account on microsoft.com first then migrate to that.

2, If you have already gotten the 403 just go through the migration link again and use that account.

We are no longer seeing these issues on our end and believe that the underlying problem has been fixed. I will go ahead and close this bug - if you are seeing similar issues while migrating please open up a new bug. Thanks!
