[WEB-5218] Russian end user agreement is not translated into Russian

The text on https://www.minecraft.net/ru-ru/realms/terms should be appearing as russian, however this is not the case. Currently it is a copy of the English terms.

Still seems to be an issue so going to reopen. The text on the page should be appearing Russian since the website is in the Russian language, however this is not the case

We have 4 jurisdictions. The Realms term is only translated in the EUROPE jurisdiction. So depending on what country you are visiting the site from you may get the translated Russian version or the base english for that jurisdiction.

That makes sense. I'll resolve this as "Won't Fix" in that case since it's most likely my location blocking the translation
