My sons armor stands, animals, iron gollums, and various items are all deleted from his game. He's pretty upset and I am looking to find out what we can do to get the items back.

Ok, I’m not knowledgeable about computer stuff, just trying to get this fixed because my son has been in his room crying for a couple days because everything he’s made over the last couple years disappeared.. I can’t tell if that other complaint ticket shows how to fix this. Thanks

I have had a similar issue as of late. I’ve had armor and a mod stand disappear, as well as animals i’ve tamed/use for farming. This issue seems to be an issue with even when saving and exiting.
Unfortunately this is a known bug that's been in the game for a long time
