[WEB-5401] cant delete another people commented on my created issues but moderators can.

i cant find where is delete people commnent on my bug tracker issues created because i dont have this option, only see jira profile account. but moderators can i saw he delete people commented on created my issues because moderators have option, but i dont have this option.

please add this

Hello, we keep comments open on this bug tracker to allow for discussions. We have moderators with the permission to remove comments they see inappropriate, so we do not see the need to set up so that bug reporters also can do this.
