Hello, I have a legacy account and my email is all numbers, [email protected](fake email of course but similar to this), I try to migrate my account from legacy to Microsoft and all goes fine regarding the putting the email in, but when I try to receive a code it does not send to my email. I know that this is not a problem with my email as it can receive other system emails, I.E password reset requests but it will not work with getting the code to begin migration. I believe that this is a problem with how the code system works and not with my account. I am really hoping this can be fixed as I am very worried about my security as my account is still legacy.

@unknown this is considered a valid issue at the moment - you can tell because its resolution is unresolved and its assignee is @unknown. 🙂
Hey there, markderickson when the message was sent it was never assigned or had a resolution yet. I just thought that the Mojang Support would be able to help more that bug tracker staff. Thanks for the information though, sorry for any inconvenience I have made. I didn't think to look through it thoroughly again thanks for the heads up.

No problem! You can check the report's history by clicking "History" instead of "Comments" in the tab selector too, so you can see what's been done to the ticket. 🙂

Hi, we have tested this and there are no general problem with emails made up off numbers. You should contact support to see if there are a suppression or problem with delivery to your specific email.
