Is there a tutorial on how to logon to bugs.mojang.com with 2-step verification? The logon process is very confusing. Are the acquired codes only 1 time use? If no phone is there an alternate method to logon? Is there an alternative to the Google Verification? I am not a Google fan.

If you don't like google, there is a microsoft authentication app, or if you don't have a phone, there is a pc version of Authy.

This is Web Services. My inquiry is not as you say "invalid". You have made a major change/add to the Login procedure for bugs.mojang.com. I have friends and family members that are not able to Log into this site. There should be Login Help instructions similar to the instructions to use Advance Search in the Help section. If the new login procedure is intended to prevent access to this website, you have succeeded.
Unfortunately this is not a bug. You and I can log in. As indicated above they need support. feedback.minecraft.net and reddit are the proper places for requests and suggestions.
Do you mean "2 Factor authentication" login?
