[WEB-5604] Negative Days Bug for Change Profile Name affects ability to change (no text box change)

Figured I would try the route of Jira because the contact option only gives you an automated response. So it never has been resolved.

But for the longest I haven't been able to change the name of my Minecraft account due to the counter on the site being bugged and counting negative days. I have a screenshot attached of what I see

So it never allows for a profile change. And if a tested on another account it works and shows the correct timer and the text box populates to change.

"but for the longest time" is indeed true, legacy accounts have never been able to change their profile name and neither should they. Please migrate your account to a Microsoft account first.

I am curious how you even managed to reach that page with a legacy account, would you mind please providing the steps?

So I was able log into via minecraft.net like the usual email and password

Never sadly had the ability to migrate. As though when I log in via the launcher it says play demo version, but I had bought a prepaid card years ago. But if I have to buy a new one I can.
