[WEB-5618] The authors of feedback posts are all anonymous

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Feedback Website
Click on any post; check multiple because the result is the same
All authors on any post and comment are anonymous, just being called "registered user,"

This makes it much harder to recognize posts, and impossible to see other posts and comments certain users have, especially if they usually have good ideas.
