[WEB-5885] Error Redeeming Multiple Kellogg's 350 Minecoin Codes

Attempting to redeem multiple codes from Kellogg's 350 Minecoin promotion(https://www.kelloggsfamilyrewards.com/en_US/promotions/minecoins-offer-2022.html) may result in error code "PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent".

Steps to Reproduce:

Attempt to redeem multiple codes in a row. (Affects MS Store App and MS Website)

Observed Results:

Received error code "PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent" message similar to screenshot.

Expected Results:

Code is redeemed first try.

Current Workaround:

I was able to redeem the code after trying multiple times, however I don't know if it was credited properly inside Minecraft.

Have set this issue to private because the screenshot shows a potentially sensitive token in the address bar of the browser.

Oops. That token is actually just a product redemption code and its already used.
