The issue with the footer seems to have been fixed on minecraft.net, help.minecraft.net, and education.minecraft.net.

However, under the studio logos it still says, "Mojang ©2009-2022." on minecraft.net and help.minecraft.net. (Its fixed on education.minecraft.net)

This issue with the footer and Mojang copyright still applies to educommunity.minecraft.net.

Model names have been fixed in both places.

Cape selection still says "No cape"

Oops. That token is actually just a product redemption code and its already used.

I don't work for Mojang but hopefully, I can answer some of your questions.

1. I believe at least to do local multiplayer, you will need to be logged into some kind of Microsoft account. Chances are when you started the game it automatically signed into an account. 

2. Players can set their online status to Offline and still play/be online. Generally, multiplayer settings are set to Friends of friends.

3. You can submit that feedback to the website at feedback.minecraft.net.

4. You are able to block players. As I'm not familiar with PS4, the easiest way to block or report someone is on xbox.com. Log in, search their gamertag, and click block. You can also report on the same page but generally Xbox Enforcement doesn't respond very well with Minecraft reports. They really only take action if they have concrete evidence such as messages.
